thank you for your answer.
I have carefully read your information of 25. March
2002.
To my surprise I could not find objection of the Council of the
Commissions proposal to freedom of information also for member states.
Therefore I have suggested to the President of the Commission to consider
to again propose freedom of information to member states:

information you gave me.
